WE ARE UNCOMFORTABLE OXFORD
Uncomfortable Oxford is an academic-led organisation and certified social enterprise providing a number of services. We research and design educational walking tours for the public that focus on histories of empire, gender, race, class inequality, wealth distribution, disability, and other topics which are often overlooked in traditional narratives. We also provide talks and workshops for a variety of audiences.
In addition to our public engagement work, we collaborate with a number of professional and academic organisations to undertake research, sensitivity consultation, and digital resource development.
